The extra-thick 6mm cushioning helps create a more comfortable foundation for yoga, Pilates, meditation, and everyday fitness exercises. It supports your hands, knees, and joints while you move through poses and transitions. A textured, non-slip surface helps promote steady footing and a confident grip, so you can focus on your breath, balance, and alignment.
Made from latex-free PVC, this reversible yoga mat is non-toxic and free of the six most harmful phthalates. It offers a practical combination of comfort, style, and reliable performance for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Your purchase also includes access to an online library of yoga content, giving you helpful inspiration for building a consistent wellness routine. GAIAM backs the mat with a lifetime guarantee for added peace of mind.
For best results, unroll your printed yoga mat and let it air out for two to three days before use. A strong but harmless odor may occur when the mat is first unpacked. Spot clean with a damp cloth, cold water, and mild detergent, then dry flat. Keep the mat away from extended sunlight to help prevent fading and brittleness. Store it in a yoga mat bag when not in use.
