Shipping 101

You will notice that a good many of our products include economy domestic ground shipping at no additional charge.  This will only include the lower 48 states.  We believe FREE SHIPPING is a desired convenience for our customers. Economy shipping usually means  BASIC UPS Ground or BASIC Fedex ground.
For items that do not include free shipping, please see below. 
Shipping options include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground  and select common carriers. Shipping rates are based on weight and zip code.  UPS will handle up to 150 lbs. Orders larger than 150 lbs will have to be shipped by common carrier. When ordering, you may be directed to contact us for a shipping quote. Please feel free to contact us for updated shipping charges.  Rates change daily and we will always try our best to obtain the BEST rates for our customer. 
In stock items usually ship in  3 - 5 business days.  Production orders can take 15 business days to ship.   Some interlocking rubber tiles can take 20 business days to ship. These estimates are not guaranteed. If you are facing a deadline for receipt of product, please call customer service for help.
 After shipping, customer will be contacted with tracking information either by phone or email.  Up to date tracking can be accessed through the carriers web site. Customer must contact carrier regarding deliveries of larger orders.  Our freight quotes are STRICTLY "business to business" or "business to terminal". Customer is responsible for accepting delivery at a time of carrier's choosing.  Special appointment "windows" are sometimes available at additional charge.
It is recommended that customer contact carrier immediately after receiving tracking number to coordinate a delivery window.  Customer is responsible for removing product from the rear of the truck and bringing down to street level. Customer is responsible for securing shipment. 

Residential and/or Lift-gate service are available at an additional charge to the customer.

  Freight Damage - any damage to shipment must be documented immediately.
This is done by both noting the bill of lading before signing and taking pictures of damaged items.  Contact Fitfloors immediately so claims can me initiated and if necessary, replacements can be sent out
